Private Sessions
I teach sessions privately in Central London. Sessions are one hour in length. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes without zippers or buttons. Please contact me for prices and appointment times.
About me
I started my training in the Pilates Method while I was 17 years old and studying for my undergraduate in dance at SUNY Purchase, New York. I received my certification from the Pilates Studio in 1992. After teaching Pilates in New York for five years, I moved to London to start my Masters and another certification in Pilates under Alan Herdman, a pioneer in the field. I have always been extremely interested in energy work and received my Reiki Masters in 1998. I received my MA in dance from Laban in 1999. I studied Swedish Massage in 2001, and the went on to complete a course in deep tissue massage and another in aromatherapy in 2003. I went to India to further my personal yoga practice and received my teacher training in India at Yoga Vida Dham in 2005.
